Movement Transforms Lives
Seven P Fit is truly a passion project. My love for fitness- and even more importantly helping others discover a love for fitness- is what inspired me to create this studio. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone gain confidence, improve their health, and realize they are capable of more than they ever imagined.
Our Vision
At Seven P Fit, our vision is to inspire complete health of the mind, body, and spirit by creating a welcoming community where every person feels valued, encouraged, and empowered. We’re more than a fitness studio- we’re a family, and we’d love to welcome you.
Our Mission
Our mission extends beyond physical fitness. We believe God has given each of us unique gifts and talents, and we strive to use ours to bless others and share the love of Jesus throughout our community. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve through free Stretch & Meditation classes, weekly Bible studies, and free senior adult fitness classes that encourage health, connection, and hope.
What does the 7P name mean
The name Seven P Fit carries special meaning. In the Bible, the number seven represents completion, reminding us that true wellness comes from caring for our whole person-mind, body, and spirit. The seven P’s represent the principles that guide everything we do: Prayer, Plan, Prepare, Perform, Progress not Perfection, Patience. These principles remind us that lasting health isn’t achieved overnight. It’s built one step at a time through consistency, grace, and a commitment to become the person God created us to be.
